Added green tea in my routines
As obsessed to reduce weight I have now decided to drink a cup of green tea daily on regular basis. According to people around me (who use it frequently) it burns extra calories and helps in weight loss.
To just confirm it I browsed wikipedia and found some similar evidences....regular green tea drinkers may have lower chances of heart disease and developing certain types of cancer. Green tea has also been claimed as useful for "weight loss management"
